Social Responsability
Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado recognizes and adopts as a priority the organization of a social responsibility agenda which contemplates the society and the environment in which the company performs.
Aware about the impact generated by big companies decisions around the world, Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado have been organizing since 2007 several events and developing internal campaigns aiming to contribute with the work performed by philanthropic institutions and NOGs.
In the past three years, Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado have developed and participated in several actions such as:
GRAAC (Support Group to Teenagers and Children with Cancer)
Since 2010, Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado promotes among all exhibitors and partners. the program "Real Dreams" organized to enlarge GRAACC hospital. |

LALEC (Love, Light and Hope Children Home)
For the 2010 Children's Day celebration, the Organizer collected among its collaborators diapers, hygiene products, clothes, milk and toys and deliver to the LALEC institution, localized in São Paulo.
LALEC was created by a group of friends in 1999 and shelters and supports more than 20 abandoned or abused children.

INSTITUTO AYRTON SENNA
Since 2008 the organizer and the Ayrton Senna Institute are partners in a project that aims to strengthen the image of the unforgettable pilot Ayrton Senna, his values and the work of his institute in Brazil. The partnership started at International Automobile Trade Show, when Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado enable the participation of Ayrton Senna Institute in the event, and was extended to Fenatran 2009. In 2010, a coincidence brought a news mining to the partnership. At the 50 years of International Automobile Trade Show the fiftieth anniversary of Ayrton Senna was also celebrated. The partnership reflects the synergy among the organizations, velocity, adrenalin, cars, motorcycles, and above all, the success of the trade shows and the victorious life of a great idol.
The institute performance targets the qualification of public education. It has beneficiated 11.5 million children and teenagers since its foundation, in 1994.

Center of Support and Social Interaction for the Elderly - CASA DE CLARA
To celebrate 2007 Christmas, the Organizer collected gifts and provisions to be distributed at Casa de Clara, in São Paulo. At the occasion, employees-volunteers prepared a lunch and distributed the donations among the 80 elderly assisted by the institution. |

MÃOS PEQUENAS Care Home
A promotion organized during Brasilplast 2009 collected 40 tons of recycle residues that were reverted in R$ 12,000.00 and transferred to Mãos Pequenas institute, in São Paulo. Beside the amount of money that was transferred, the institution also received dozens of plastic objects produced by Deb'Maq do Brasil, Indústrias Romi and BMB SPA during the event.
Mãos Pequenas is a charitable institution that looks after 0 to 10 years old children, referred by the Tutelary Council of São Paulo. The organization offers social and medical assistance, including shelter, food and education. |
